Source from government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region released that Guangxi will invest more than 23.6 billion Yuan RMB to develop auto industry, planning to build a leading industry with production value over more than one hundred billions.

According to plan, Guangxi will rely on current advantages of complete vehicles and engines to enlarge general production quantity and drive the development of special vehicles, low-speed trucks and auto parts. During the coming five years, Guangxi will develop some 43 important projects, including new sedan of SAIC-GM-Wuling, building enlargement modification
of pessenger car production base of Dongfeng Liuzhou Auto, auto and enigne parts industrial park building of Yuchai Group and etc.

Till 2012, Guangxi auto production value will reach 160 billions Yuan, including new 30 billions new added values, 82.66 billions new added sales revenues
and 10 billions new added profits.

It is known that, Liuzhou will be the development centre according to the layout of the new auto industry, eradiating to Yulin, Guilin and Nanning and etc.
