Zhongtong Bus Holding Co.,Ltd. recently announced in Busworld Asia 2008 that new generation of two energy-saving diesel powered buses LCK6129 and LCK6129H-1 will be launched to market. Aiming at High-end bus market, the new product will firstly based on domestic market.

Zhongtong LCK6129 series energy-saving bus which participated in the Busworld Asia 2008 is an elaboration product from Zhongtong. In collaboration with international famous design company, Zhongtong LCK6129 adopts streamlined exterior appearance and ball-shaped forethead which give people a strong vision effect.

In 2007, Zhongtong has totally saled 6,500 unit buses, in which 1,294 unit buses have been exported to overseas and Zhongtong realised export revenue RMB 400 million which occupied one-sixth of the total China large & medium bus export in 2007. Zhongtong vice general manager Yu chunyin expressed it need a process for new products to become mature, so this two new buses will firstly rely on domestic market. The future objective would lie in South America, Australia, Canada and Germany etc high-end market.
