The representative of new generation of Weichai Power, Landking, which the high-power diesel engine dedicate to heavy vehicles will export to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) for $100,000,000 in 3 years. And the signature ceremony were held in Weifang at pm 16o¡¯clock on July 24.

During 3 years of the valid time of this contract, Weichai would export 17500 diversified diesel engines of which the highest power reaches 420 horsepower, totally value 0.1 billion US dollars, to CIS countries. The first batch of exportation, 2500 engines valued $16,000,000, has started.

The signature of this contract represents that Weichai has achieve its exportation to oversea OEM, which indicates that Weichai Power, as the representative of Shandong manufacture, has completely involved into the international competition with its high-power diesel engines. Also this exportation achieved the breakthrough from ¡°Made in China¡±to ¡°Created in China¡±.

In this last few years, Weichai hammered at building a faithful national power brand through self-innovation. Its products not only occupy leading position in the field of domestic heavy automobile and engineering mechanism fixing, but also attract many international famous enterprises come to find cooperation along with the improvement of its influence and reputation in world market. The time of export to CIS is by far the maximal for China internal-combustion engine enterprises, and it also make Weichai Power to be the only enterprise ever exported high-power diesel engine.
